As an NHS dental patient you are charged a set price depending on the band the treatment falls in to.. NHS bands are only applicable if you clinically need treatment and treatment is to improve the health and function of your mouth. . . It excludes all cosmetic dental treatments that are not clinically necessary but are for aesthetic reasons. More detail on each of these bands is available here:
